Passport Services
There are three types of Indian passport as given below.
Normal Passport
This type of passport is issued to common citizens of India and is used for regular or ordinary travel on personal grounds. This passport comes in with booklets of 36 & 60 pages. These passports do not provide any special privileges.
Official Passport
This passport is typically issued to govt employees who are travelling on national duty. These passports are not issued to individuals traveling for overseas assignments, only to people who travel on internationally for official state Business.
Diplomatic Passport
This passport is the most elite kind of passport, the Diplomatic Indian Passport which is given to top ranking govt officials. Top officials of the Indian Foreign Service travelling on national duty. These passports are bestowed separately.
